I have embarked on a series of portraits of political figures, both major and minor as something of a marketing exercise.  MPs and members of the House of Lords are well connected and they communicate a great deal with other influential people. If they like my work, who knows what the power of their 'words-of-mouth' might return?   

These are predominantly at A3 size (approximately), on paper and make use of varying proportions of soft graphite pencils, charcoal, chalk, dry watercolour pencils, pastels and dilute ink.  All are drawn from the subjects' official portrait photos.
