I liked the image I have used for this the moment I saw it on Instagram as an ai generated portrait by Doodzoo, as it reminded me of someone I knew 45 years ago!  It really could be her.  Then I found out that ai pictures are not subject to copyright since there is no artistic input by the creator.  (Established by precedent in law). Once I've made a drawing based on the image however, my hand drawing work confers copyright to me. I'm not saying I would enforce it, but it gives me the right to sell my drawing of the image. 

This image also serves as an example for commissions.
